I have been supporting and coaching people in change processes since 1986.

Immediately after completing my degree in clothing technology, I gained my first practical experience as a manager and project manager in an Austrian clothing company. After 2 years, I moved into management consulting. Initially, it was very technical with the aim of optimizing processes. Along the way, I discovered my passion for coaching when I started advising project managers and QM officers.

Today, as a trainer, coach and facilitator, I accompany people in change processes (individual and small group coaching), train managers and moderate large group events. And as the owner of a fitness studio, I help people to get physically fit.

I combine these two worlds (business coaching and fitness studio) in line with the motto “bringing people into their strength”: their leadership strength, decision-making strength and also their physical strength.

Because: “black figures don't come from people in the red”.
