As a senior coach and consultant, I support people and teams in their further development and in change processes. I also support decision-makers in filling vacanies in their organisation with the best possible candidates and thus making good personnel decisions. For targeted personnel development and selection, I incorporate a value-based and scientifically sound potential analysis in consultation with my clients. 

My development-orientated support and the methods I use promote self-reflection, self-awareness and self-leadership as well as awareness and self-management. I have been using IntrovisionCoaching as a complementary method since 2020 and have received very positive feedback on the success my clients have achieved in a short time. 

In addition to a wide range of methods, I bring psychological expertise and a deep understanding of systems and organisations. I worked successfully as a manager for several years, including as a division manager and member of the extended management team. I also have many years of experience as an expert in personnel management, specialising in personnel selection and personnel development.
