Executive coaching with introvision – overcoming obstacles, gaining composure, leading effectively

I know the reality of leadership from my own experience – with all its tensions, decisions and consequences. I worked in organisations for over 20 years, including in management positions and in responsible HR roles.

Today, I support executives as an external sparring partner – confidentially, knowledgeably and free from internal dependencies. Clear on the issues, combined with appreciation for people. Executive coaching is about decisions with far-reaching consequences: reflecting on personnel issues, resolving conflicts at management level, resolving internal areas of tension. In leadership development, the focus is on role clarity, self-management and personal effectiveness.

I have been working with IntrovisionCoaching since 2020 and have seen the changes my clients achieve in an astonishingly short time: they regain their ability to act, their freedom of action and their composure. The method is impressive due to its rapid effectiveness and sustainability.

My foundation is based on a degree in business administration, more than 1,500 potential analyses with profilingvalues and extensive coaching expertise. I also work with focusing-oriented coaching, the Zurich Resource Model (ZRM®) and systemic and solution-oriented approaches, among other things.

Coaching can be done very well via video call – this allows you to remain flexible in terms of location.
