My coaching is primarily aimed at women who are looking for support in specific professional situations or who want to set a new course in their career. I support you in finding your own strength so that you can assert yourself in your professional environment and be self-effective. Therefore I offer a trustful environment to inspire you with humor and wit.

In addition to my expertise as a certified DGTA coach, I have many years of professional experience in an international company. As a graduate mechanical engineer and business economist (MBA), I worked for 26 years for a global player in the automotive industry as an engineer, project manager and executive. Since 2020 I have been self-employed as a business consultant for female empowerment. My focus topics are leadership, power plays, self- effectiveness and stress overcoming.         

Introvision Coaching opens up completely new perspectives on stress overcoming. With Introvision Coaching it is possible to resolve stress sustainably with little effort and within a very short time, so that it does not arise in the first place. Introvision has therefore become an indispensable method for me in business coaching.
